Simple Physical Fitness

From the time i joined my high school Physical Fitness Team, Cross-Country team, The United States Marine Corp, to playing rugby at Buffalo State College, i have always enjoyed sports and physical activities. I enjoy all sorts of activities from mountain bike riding, hiking, jogging, running ,snowboarding, cross-country skiing.

I have been personal training for some time now and I have decided to put my workouts on-line along with my diet/meal plans that i follow to show and help others who are interested in Simple Fitness and Nutrition to better themselves from both a physical and nutritional standpoint.
